Joanie Lingmerth, RN, BSN, MBA

Hi! My name is Joanie Lingmerth, and I am the founder and CEO of IV WellnessTM. I am a mother of two teenage boys, and a loving wife for 17 years.  Being a Registered Nurse for nearly 25 years, I have worked as a medical/surgical nurse, hospice nurse, and private duty home care nurse.  Additionally, I have experience as an infant water survival instructor, real estate investor, and pharmaceutical representative. Taking care of your body from the inside out has always been a priority.  Growing up, I was a competitive gymnast for over 15 years, and then a fitness competitor in my adult years.  Starting my own business with a concierge service that provides optimal nutrition for overall wellness and anti-aging only made sense, enabling me to be fully dedicated and passionate about taking care of each of my patients, family, and friends when in need.  Being well-rounded and enjoying life to its fullest is important to me, so in my spare time, I enjoy boating, motorcycle cruises along the beach, snow skiing, adventure traveling, dining, and, well…relaxing at a nice Sunday champagne brunch!

Dr. Joseph Purita, MD:

Dr. Joseph Purita, a pioneer in the use of Regenerative Cell and PRP therapy for orthopedic conditions, graduated from Georgetown University Medical School. Following completion of his orthopedic surgery residency at University of Miami-Jackson Memorial Hospital, where he served as the Chief Administrative Resident, Dr. Purita joined the Boca Raton Orthopedic Group in 1981.

Hi, my name is Karen Knowles I am a Registered Nurse, BSN, MHA and have been for nearly 30 years. I am also a proud mom of a teenage daughter and happily married for 23 years. Most of my professional work experience has been in hospitals, this includes critical care, trauma, pre & post-procedural care, and IV Therapy. When I am not working, I enjoy hiking, golf, pickleball, and traveling with my family. After my most recent job as Management and Director experience in Surgical and Cardiovascular Services I began working with Joanie, which has allowed me to dedicate my time to providing high quality, effective, and compassionate care to all of my patients.
